i dont get points if i win a game since 4 days

I play duels on Gold 3 ang i get no puints any more. I winn 3 games 1 moving 12 no move and i won all. But i got no points. Do anywone now how to fix it. Thanks

When I click to play campaign mode, i cannot play, i wait and wait in the loadding screen and doesn't pass nothing.

I was playing single player but then after playing multi-player, I can't play single player anymore. After trying to enter single player mode, I click either easy or hard and then it doesn't do anything else when I hit play. I tried this on two different browsers and had the same effect.

There is no sound in the game in any of the browsers. Many people have this problem apparently. sound is available only in the trial mode where you can guess 3 locations. On top there is no time sound in iOS application neither. I checked everything, my browsers play sounds in different website but not yours. Important thing is having a ticking sound when the time comes to an end so I can make my guess properly.

It happened twice that I saw an "X" icon, although the answer was correct and I advanced in the streaks properly. Once it was during a last 1-2 second guess and once when my connection was gone for a while, then the time has passed, but when the connection came back, I got the correct answer (however with this "X" icon).

After a won game, the animations take very long to load. If they finally do, they announce me as the winner but I still get no points. My elo ranking works though.

Hey, unfortunately, I didn't get any points in my last game. I don't know if that's visible after, but it would be really annoying if the points were gone, since I won the round.

This is the third time this has happened to me at this location and the second time I have reported it. This location needs to be deleted from the game.
