Bug reports

CAMPAIGN MODE IS STUCK. I'm sure you know about this problem. Yesterday it worked, in the morning, and then it got stuck. I am paying one month for not being able to properly used what I paid for. Please fix this or refund me. I have the same issues as everybody else.

Please fix the bug that if you play unranked duels, i luckily dont know if it also occurs in ranked duels, and try to reload the website that you cant rejoin the game. Because by clicking the rejoin button it simply puts you in another game, while your previous round is still running

Just went to my account, and the border around my account like like level 20 or 30 or something like that, and not the level 160 one.

The location was not shown. It wasn't even a black screen. I could only see the background of the website. The map was visible and my opponent obviously won that round.

Hello, I encountered an issue while playing Duel mode on November 8. At some point during the day, I started a match, and afterward I noticed that I had received an additional loss. It appears that when I launched the match, the game placed me into two simultaneous duels. One of them was unplayable for me (I have the link to this match : https://www.geoguessr.com/duels/690f7710a2a59dbf7e4a4ae8/replay?player=638f50a9fb639f2a9294d999&round=1&step=0 ), which resulted in a loss. No countdown timer ever appeared for me so I had no idea that my opponent had made his guess, and I was still looking at the location. Then, out of nowhere, the round abruptly ended and the results screen showed that I had not made a guess, causing me to lose the game. I'd appreciate a refund for the elo I lost. Thank you.

This is particularly frustrating as I was in the lead and I'm pretty sure it would have dealt enough damage to win the game. There is another bug, in reality I opened the map and zoomed in on the location where I clicked, but the replay didn't show that. Please refund the elo I lost for this game. Thank you.

Every round had a black screen, but I don't know if my opponent also saw it or did he have a location. Leaving and rejoining the game resulted in nothing. My opponent won. After checking the locations in summary, every single one was a black screen and on the bottom of the screen a message was shown that "This place has no street view". I lost 17 points from my score. I was playing a multiplayer duel, and in the round 6, I pinned closer than my opponent and my points didn't count, like as if I hadn't pinned. So, i lost 8052 points and lost the match.
