Black Screen on Ranked Duel

Dear support team, I have an issue on ranked duel game. The screen was totally black either for me and my friend. Here the URL of the match: https://www.geoguessr.com/team-duels/09cc6190-7bce-4162-ba41-3872f5d45eca Attacched an evidence. It is the third time I have troubles on different days. I have flushed cache memory on browser and closed the most of running services on my PC. I ask you how to solve this issue to not open another ticket. Thanks

right when i want to join a duel, there comes a popup saying "You have left the matchmaking queue" i had trouble paying for my subscription, but now i payed for it, is it blocked because of that??
