Cone cat licks paws despite having a cone

The cone is supposed to prevent excactly that. But the animation of the cat has a sequence where it licks it's paws. This makes no sense. Why does it have a cone, if it doesn't prevent it from doing that. Is this healthy for the cat? I would greatly appreciate if this problem would be fixed. I added a screenshot of the bugged animation.

Claiming coins from the shop repeats the animation infinitely

Currently whenever I claim coins from the Geoguessr shop, the sparkle animation will not stop if I go out of the shop quickly. Just kind of distracting.
