Only party host can see the game settings

The new party ui made it so players other than the host can not see the game settings (timer, multiplier settings, time after guess, round limit, health) anymore.

Unable To 1v1 Duel Mode on Party

When choosing DUEL mode on party, choice is only Team Duel. I cannot set or drag players to "not-playing" zone/mode.
