When I got to the Steam Edition, I paid a 30€ annual plan to access to ranked games, I was able to play ranked duels in 1vs1. But still on Steam, Geoguessr made me a new paywall of 35€ to access 2vs2 team rankeds duels, I finally said to myself "okay f**k it, lets go for it" because im bored of 1vs1. The problem is that you made me pay access somthing that I never got, even after paying it still doesn't work. On the web version if you pay for the Pro Unlimited, 35€ value, it offer you a free access to steam, 30€ value. But if you start to pay 30€ for steam access, and you pays the 35€ for pro unlimited from steam, what you pay for doesn't work and it dosent give you a web version access. In result : On the Web version you pay once for 2 services. On the Steam version you pay twice for 1 single service And you make Steam users pay directly without Steam Wallet, which look only fraud. I sent some emails tickets, you never answer I made a bug report you reply to every report on the week except mine. I had to accept my 35€ disappeared into the void
