I've been experiencing lag the whole evening during single duels, at some point the site stopped working for a minute and then it was back again. Anyway, this caused me problems in two duels. Freezing : https://www.geoguessr.com/duels/f81c4d9f-503b-487e-90fb-c7e2509628f7/replay In Round 1 the whole site froze for a few seconds and when I was able to move again I was shown the result, of course no guess for me and zero points. Guess not registered caused duel loss : https://www.geoguessr.com/duels/db5f85fb-6c71-4af9-b2b9-534a03f2384f/replay In Round 7 I guessed but the wheel kept spinning on the button, after a few seconds I was shown the result but no guess for me and duel lost and it was even a great guess and I could have won. I lost rating because of those, please help me with this, thanks.

After you guess on a duel when you zoom in or pan on map when both team has it feels like 5fps and like super laggy.

I don't know if this is supposed to happen or not because i couldn't find anything online, but a couple of times now I've won a duel but not been given any points for it? any explanation or help would be appreciated, thank you!

Today I played with a friend and came up against a team that was scripting. We reported, and I got the "action has been taken" notification a while later. However, I did not get the rating refund that I usually get in regular duels, when action has been taken. I assume this is a bug

I am unable to select Taiwan in battle royale country games. When clicked it doesn't respond.

Had this problem a lot yesterday, and still getting these problems even after following your troubleshooting steps. I've had these problems very sporadically in the past, but now it's becoming a daily thing. Getting to the point where I can't really play duels anymore, and may have to cancel my subscription if things don't improve soon. Anyway, will try a few more duels, but can I get my rating refunded?

My opponent and I guessed at roughly the same time, but my guess button was grayed out with the loading thing spinning for about 15 seconds. You can see my marker was on the map in the replay for a long time. In general, I have been having more and more problems with black screens, guesses not registering, etc, in duels with every update to the site it seems. It's getting to the point where duels are becoming unplayable. Anyway, could I get my rating refunded?
