Automatically refund Rating when user gets banned

If a user is found to have cheated, rating should retroactively be refunded for all players who played against the banned account. Currently we resort to emailing support, but this should just happen automatically.

Ability to add a comment when reporting a player

It'd be nice to be able to leave a short explanation of why you suspect a player is cheater. Sometimes it is a bit more subtle than just 'these specific rounds were suspicious' and can involve the context of the other rounds. It'd also be nice to be able to say 'This round felt suspicious but I am not definite - they might just have been really lucky or happened to have had local knowledge', so it could be combined with other people's reports to see if there is a pattern.
