Hi, I had a >900 day DC streak that is now gone, even though I think I played the challenge. I've been a paying + subscribed member to GeoGuessr for almost 3 years now and this streak means a lot to me. It might've been a timezone thing because it doesn't reset at midnight for me? I'd really appreciate it if my streak could be restored please, it's been with me through ups and downs and graduation :)

About 3 days ago, my scores stopped showing up on the Daily Challenge. I used to see others scores during each round and could see it after I finished the challenge. Now, I see the high scores, but I'm nowhere to be found.

I click on daily challenge were it says detailed results, and it just says be the first to play, with the green play button even though I have already played it. if i click on the green button nothing happens. I can still see other peoples scores, but other people can not see mine.

I tried to play the Daily Challenge and suddently a message appeared, the round got cancelled and I got 0 points. Next rounds didn't even start, same message. Something like "Couldn't load the panoramic bla bla". Hope it gets fixed soon.

I had a 579 days streak going, and for many reasons, I couldn't play on friday (24/04/2026). After playing the saturday daily (25/04/2026) I saw that my streak has been reset to 1. Since I pay for a subscription that has a service that didn't work, I hope that this is reversed so I can play for 1000 days, as intended.

I lost my daily challenge streak even though I played it on that day. I can see it in my game history. I was traveling changing multiple timezones that day, perhaps some issue with that?

Hi, I had accidentally forgot to do my Daily Challenge yesterday (27/04/2026), and I played it today (28/04) expecting the streak freeze to hold my 1370 day streak. However, my streak has reset to 1. The streak freeze feature did not activate, causing my daily streak to reset even though I have an Elite subscription. The streak freeze should automatically activate and preserve my streak even after missing one day, as stated in the feature description. Hi, I have just lost my 38-day streak in the daily challenge! The streak freeze did not work, even though it was showing as available. I have never used a streak freeze before, and it clearly says that you can use a streak freeze once per week. I describe the details below. I really enjoy playing GeoGuessr and I play it often—it gives me a lot of satisfaction. I live in Poland, and the daily challenge resets at 2:00 AM local time. I am a night owl, and I was very busy—I was writing a speech for a high school graduation ceremony from 9:00 PM until 2:00 AM. I planned to complete the daily challenge right after finishing the speech. Two minutes past 2:00 AM, I realized that the time had just run out! I was literally about 5 minutes short of completing the daily challenge, and I would have kept my streak. Even though I missed it, the streak freeze did not protect my streak! My subscription is "GeoGuessr Unlimited Yearly". It states that the streak freeze is included in my subscription. I know that other players have streaks of several hundred days in the daily challenge, but my 38-day streak still means a lot to me. I feel very upset because I put a lot of effort into maintaining this streak for over a month! It would be great if I could recover my streak. I would like to complete the challenge that I missed. A ticket was also created for this: Ticket #1363 I missed my daily challenge on Friday 8th May, but the streak freeze did not automatically apply.
