Map Pin reverts to using Avatar

Since today, on result screens the map pin reverts to the avatar instead of the chosen image (in solo and multiplayer, every mode as far as i can tell, tagging it multiplayer because there it's most confusing ig).
Why I believe this is a bug: The map pin still displays correctly during actual gameplay. This makes it change from one look to the other in between making a guess to displaying the result, which is confusing.
-And Please dear god devs don't just get rid of custom map pins to "fix" this they're the only customization option left.

Custom profile picture map pin not showing properly after guessing

How to reproduce the bug:
whichever map I play, when I'm still in the guessing phase and open the map, the map pin displays correctly as my profile picture. However, after submit the guessing, the pin will glitch into a default 3d avatar first, then quickly change into my 3d avatar instead of displaying my custom picture. This wasn't happening yesterday. Also if I open my past activities or other's past replays, all pin are replaced with their avatar picture instead of their custom picture. I attached screenshots of how it looks before and after guessing. I refreshed my browser and tried another laptop and still end up with the same result. I'm also sure that my "show custom profile picture" is ticked.
What I expect:
After guessing, the map pin still shows the profile picture as before guessing.

I totally support that, and was very annoyed to not recognize my own pin when I got playing today! Please, leave our only customizable image remain!
