what actually happens when action against a user has been taken?

So, i reported a guy for clear googling and the next day i got a notification saying ""Action has been taken against a user you reported for violating the rules! Thanks for supporting fair play!" now i went to check this profile a few times, and for 7 days this account did not play any ranked duels, now i checked back and 7 days later this person is playing ranked duels again? are bans for cheating just 7 days?
if a player recieves a ban, all rating and/or leaderboard rankings should be deleted with no chance of getting rating or leaderboard spots and there should be a "Banned" badge on said players profile if they decided to break the rules.
Dani
That means they were suspended for 7 days and not permanently banned.

Dani so....virtually no punishment at all, just a break. Are ANY of the many cheaters banned??
Dani
Heliks Yes, some are, but I wouldn't have a clue what proportion. I think it's the minority though.

Dani .I see. That is very discouraging. I've been looking closer at the duels of people who very likely cheated in the Daily Challenge, to see if they did that in those as well... and some do. But now I'll stop, because it's pointless, if cheating is not taking seriously, which this seems to prove.
