I'd say you shouldn't expect a company with this level of greed and bad leadership to even understand the appeal of their own game, when they are literally killing the loyal playerbase of their money machine for some delusion of even more money.

This is a live service game with the model of a F2P mobile game, and as long as people stay quiet that won't change, because they think their players are absolutely stupid... That's just how they choose to market this game :/
