Currently you can only see the pins of other players on the map of the results screen after a challenge. If you don't know everyone's custom pin or avatar, it is difficult to know who exactly guessed where without scrolling through the leaderboard and finding that pin. Even so, people may have similar looking avatars or custom pins. You should be able to see the username of the player when you hover over their pin.
