Make Tournaments more visible

There is no way to know when there is tournaments or how to join them without typing out the url. Put a UI somewhere on the side of the screen that shows tournaments like it used to. I'm tired of these 12-15 player tournaments.

I always forget about them, because they are hidden :(

I just asked tonight in a chat where they are and was told they are essentially hidden now, unless you know the URLs for them.

It blows my mind how often they do crap like this. They hide it, then discontinue it because they say "no one plays it".
