Hold "H" to hide all on-screen features

Basically an option to hide all on-screen features like name, HP, compass, mini-map, etc. The player holds "H" and when they release, everything re-appears. Especially suggested for NMPZ.

This is now out. You can now hold V to hide the interface. Or set it to another button of your liking in Keybindings in Settings.

Add a keybind to hide the map in NMPZ. Make it a holding button that temporarily removes the map from view, which can sometimes hide integral information / details that would help better identify the country or region. All modes.
