A lot of users are from the US/are using the mm/dd/yy format but I'd argue even more are not, so an option to choose which way a date, for example the ones next to highscores on the maps, is displayed like would be great.

Thank you for the feature request, you can now choose between a couple of date formats if you navigate to https://www.geoguessr.com/me/settings

I would like an option for DD/MM/YYYY (or other) date formatting options, as this would be clearer and easier to understand for those in countries where D/M/Y is commonly used.
