If you currently want to generate any challenge seeds in a given order, you need to generate until you find the right one. Same if you have more than 5 points in your map.

Could it be possible for the map owner to generate a seed with a set of 5 selected points in a chosen order ?

Definitely a needed feature. Spending hours generating seeds with Geoguessr Tweaks to try and get a specific challenge order is definitely annoying.
