Hi, sorry if this post is a bit OOT, but I really need an explanation. My account has been restricted from using every form of in-game communication, even emotes. I just want to know if this is permanent or not, because it’s been going on for almost three weeks now.

I also couldn’t find anything about this issue on the help page, and honestly the GeoGuessr email support hasn’t been helpful either. It’s pretty frustrating having to pay for a game that I can’t fully enjoy because some features are locked for me.
