If a user is found to have cheated, rating should retroactively be refunded for all players who played against the banned account. Currently we resort to emailing support, but this should just happen automatically.

We have now implemented this feature when you have played against a banned player. The exact conditions on when a automatic refund is issued back is not something we reveal since it can change/be tweaked.

Filip Is there some length of how far back those retroactive refunds will go?

Canadagraphs Hopefully it would go back a long time, but in reality it is just going to 30 days or so i would imagine.

GlobalOtter I think 30 to 60 is realistic. At most 90 days. I definitely DO NOT think games from 6 months ago should be retroactively added, or some people will be getting 1200 Elo refunds.

Filip So what's going on with this? I've seen that some people are getting refunds (even without emailing the devs) and some people aren't.
