I started playing GeoGuessr in the iOS App. Now I belong to the top 200-250 players in Germany. I wouldn‘t recieve that without the free duel half an hour. Now you need an abonnement for this. To bring new players closer to the game you should make things like duels, streaks and battle royale free again but of course not like for players in the web with the subscribtion. Let duels stay out of leaderbord there and let it with a timer between starting the next. As well ad No move and NMPZ. I think the levels and seasonal events are cool as well but not that exciting. Levels remember me at the campaign, so it would be cool to add a globe with collectable sights and landmarks there, maybe to the existing one with the routes you travelled. With this suggestions the App would become more interesting for new players but just shows small impressions about the real game, so people that discovered the game this way for free are probatly ready to buy an abonnement, because there are reasons for the price but to just try it, its too expensive and the three daily locations aren‘t that much. And as well the campaign gets more interesting. Maybe you even could connect it with Level (turn Level into campaign, there are no huge differences), so you can keep what you started in the App.
