Before Start a multiplayer, a box asking if you want to start a game against that player, sometimes i dont want to just play against the same player 4 times in a row

sounds like it can be easily abused, like people who don't want to queue someone who do they think is better than them, and if you are queuing against the same player 4 times in a row there are probably not many other people queuing so by refusing to play against that person you're making it worse for everyone else.

Liam It should just be a button that can confirm or deny rematches between opponents with a limit of rematches to prevent abuse.
