Your rank and rating still appear on your profile, so this looks to be a bug and not a ban.
Just yesterday I saw a post on the geoguessr subreddit about this same issue:
I initially thought your post here could be a duplicate, but after looking at your profile and comparing it to the other poster's details, these are different instances (daily challenge streaks don't match).
The other guy got his subscription resolved, so hopefully yours gets fixed too.
