Update: I know exactly when this happens!

If you select the correct country by only clicking on it, but not clicking "guess" button, then when the timer runs out it's approved as the correct answer (as it should be), but the graphic is presented as if user timed out without a correct answer.

I'm also affected for at least a few weeks; right now on Chrome on macOS (and recently wiped dedicated profile). Same for my friend, who also uses Chrome but on Windows 11. No extensions used.

Just a few hours ago I had it 2-3 times and made a screenshot (attached). However, when I decided to make a screen recording, I never hit the issue again for nearly two hours of playing :/

It doesn't matter which map is selected, I had it on official "Country Streak", "A Community World" (as seen on screenshot) and "I Saw The Sign 2.0".
