I received information today, on Tuesday, that I supposedly finished all 20 weekly Duel games, even though I haven’t opened the app since Saturday. I can’t do anything now — I just keep getting a pop-up message over and over.

I cant reload it because there always comes the small window message I only have 20 games per week... . And it won´t go away.

Whenever I click on the duels, keep appearing the message saying, you have played the maximum 20 games per week. But the thing is that I haven't played yet this week and I have recently enter masterII. I can not play and I pay.

need a solution for tomorrow, or I will ask the money back because you are not delivering the service I paid for

When i'm trying to join the duels mode, it gets stuck at the interface from last week which indicate that i already played 20 games. It's blocked there so i can't play anymore.

I’m stuck in an endless loop of the “You’ve played your 20 weekly point games” popup on web.

Pressing “I understand” doesn’t clear it.

I had already reached 20 weekly games on PC, and then I played more Duels on mobile. Since then, the web version is locked.

I’ve tried everything (cache, incognito, language switch, direct links, Battle Royale, history) — nothing works.

This seems like the corrupted web Duels state bug.

Could you please reset my Duels progress flag?

No matter what I click, it stays. I've cleared my cookies and re-logged in with a different browser, but nothing helps.

Whenever I go to duels, this pops up and no matter how many times i click "got it" or the x, it keeps opening again until the page eventually fails to load. The week just ended so I suppose that's why.
