Urgent help needed - I am losing ranked games I didnt play

I lost a huge amount of rank points because matches I never played suddenly appeared, seven of them. These matches dropped me by over 100 rank points. If I try to watch the replays, I can’t. I’ll attach screenshots of these matches and what I see when trying to watch the replays. I’m not sure if I already submitted this, so if it’s duplicated, please consider only one and apologies for that. I need this urgently resolved because I’ll be demoted, and if not fixed (with rank points refund obviously), I may have to quit the game despite how much I love it because this is too disapointing. Please help and Thanks in advance

Thanks for reporting! We are looking into this and will update once we have found the issue. We can always refund the rating, but I think its better we do that once we fix the issue and afterwards the games.

Ok, I hope it happens in time to save me this week from relegation, but anyway I'll refrain from playing in the mobile app until it is "safe" and stick to PC browser

Filip It's the rating decay you put on FOR NO REASON. nobody wants these things, don't put them on here.
