I don't own a club so I can't check, but it could be that there is a horizontal scrollbar in Chrome on the members page that you need to use to see the menu:

I discovered that the bug is related to Chrome, because when testing in Safari, I managed to find a hidden button.

Still in Safari, when changing the language from Portuguese to English, the buttons appeared.
