Text selection in game or results screen causes issues

Text being selected in singleplayer games or results screens causes issues in upcoming rounds, including blurry or black panos and the map not expanding when hovered over, which can sometimes be an annoyance when text is highlighted unintentionally, requiring the page to be reloaded. A similar issue can occur in duels as well.
Here I selected text on the results screen and pressed spacebar, causing locations to become blurry:
Here I selected the "Google" text in game and dragged the mouse, causing the map to not open properly (I'm not sure how these elements become selected at other times, but I think it's in between rounds. In this video I just Ctrl+A for demonstration):
