Streak freeze didn't activate !

The streak freeze feature did not activate, causing my daily streak (almost a 100 days) to reset!
The streak freeze should automatically activate and preserve my streak even after missing one day.
My streak reset from 99 days to 1, and the streak freeze did not activate.
