Small Maps Using Global Scoring

Small country or region maps have all been reset to use global scoring. Played duel on Switzerland yesterday, +2x Multies 1k HP per player (can't go any lower since new update) still went to round limit of 30 Rounds (that also can't be changed for some reason). Literally unplayable party games

- Global scoring and maps: Even when we play a region map, the scoring is based on the global setting, and the mini-map also uses the global specification.
- Health points cannot be set to values other than 1 or multiples of 1k.
- The volume is off at the start of Team Duels.
