I’m experiencing major issues when playing GeoGuessr via the browser version (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Brave, Opera):
  • Street View loads extremely slowly
  • Many tiles appear black or take several seconds to render
  • Movement is sluggish or freezes randomly
What I’ve already tried:
  • Tested multiple browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Opera, Brave)
  • Enabled/disabled hardware acceleration
  • Reinstalled browsers, created fresh user profiles
  • Internet connection: is stable with 1000 Mbps
  • Device: Razer Blade 18 with RTX 4090, 32 GB RAM, Windows 11
The new Steam app runs GeoGuessr perfectly.
Is there a known fix or an update planned to address this?
In the attached screenshot you can see, how the screen appears when i am moving. I have the problem in every game, no matter if it is Singleplayer or Multiplayer
