Singleplayer campaign progress reset/wiped

During the summer I first started and was playing campaign a lot. I hadn't played the game much during the school semester, and now when I returned during holiday break my campaign progress was completely reset, except it still showed me as being on level 492. Everything else was wiped. I am not sure if this is intentional or why it would have happened
