Short description: Matches did not load correctly. I was placed into the match in the background, but the game never appeared on my screen, causing me to lose without being able to play.

I started a GeoGuessr match.
The game kept loading and did not place me into the round visually.
I stayed in the lobby waiting to be put into the game.
Later I realized that the match was already running and I had been inside it the whole time without being able to play.
I lost the match because I never got into the game.
I refreshed the page and started a new match.
The exact same issue happened again and I lost another match.
I restarted my browser and then my entire computer.
I joined another match, but again I was not placed into the game while the match was running.
I switched to a different browser, but I still could not rejoin or play the match. What I expected to happen:
I expected the match to load properly and allow me to play normally when starting a game.
What actually happened:
The match did not load visually, even though I was already counted as being in the game. This caused automatic losses without any possibility to play.
Additional information:
Because of this issue, I lost a total of 50 Elo.
Unfortunately, I do not have recordings or screenshots, as the issue happened unexpectedly during live matches. I would appreciate it if you could look into this issue and let me know if anything can be done regarding the lost Elo.
