Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app?

Hey Lennin,
I'm glad to hear from you and know someone is on this. I've updated the app as they've become available. Versions I know to have this issue are 3.5.4 578 and 3.5.5 580
I deleted and re-installed v 3.5.5 580
I've powered down and rebooted.
My iOS is 26.2 on an iPad Air (5th generation) model MM9E3LL/A
