Replay delay at the start of rounds in team duels.

I've recently noticed that when I watch replays of my team duels games, there’s a 10-second period at the start of the replay where no movement occurs, even though I moved immediately at the beginning of the round. This delay also appears in the enemy team's replay. I do not see this bug on 1v1 replays.
I’ve also noticed that one of the team’s pin appears to be placed at the start of the round when the delay occurs (likely in the location of the previous round). R1 never has this issue since no pin has been previously placed.
Here are examples of replays where the 10-second delay occurs:
R2, R4, R7, R11 and R12 have the delay during my replays. Enemy team has the delay on R2, R6, R7, R8 and R12
This is another random game my friend sent to me where I am not in the game:
The delay occurs on every round except R1 and R2 for the blue team and one every round except R1 for the red team.
I've also checked replays of random team duel games in the "Activities" section and they all seem to have the same issue.
