As of a few days ago there have been quite alot of cosmetic items removed in the shop. I did not change my subscription. Also some items i previously owned are now locked, needing to be unlocked again.

We have set your account to the old pro and the items should you up to your inventory now. Please let us know if you still experience the same issue after this fix.

Lennin thank you for your quick answer after my email yesterday, thats the support I appreciate.
I have received some items, some are still missing, see screenshot below. Also the same bug affected my friend lizzley and apparently others (see voters), hope you fixed their accounts too.

9Dives: Hi, I have added that manually back to the account, there is a possibility that it was part of the legendary items which was why it was not added back. Can you please check now? thanks!

Lennin the blue shark hat is available now, thanks. Am i not supposed to have all the pro elite exclusive items? All of these items were unlocked for me before.
