Player tool-tips only use moving win rate

Prerequisites:
- played a duel this week
- have different moving rating compared to your average of NM/NMPZ ratings
Repro:
- go to https://www.geoguessr.com/multiplayer
- hover over your own name
- compare the win rate in the tooltip to the win rates on your full profile page
In my case the tooltip is showing I have a win rate of 75% while my overall win rate is 63%. Could be related to me not having a moving rating, for not having played enough of it since unlocking the more interesting game modes.
