Player Handicaps / Different Settings Per Player

Summary:
Allow different settings per player in party games to balance matches between different skill levels.
Problem:
All players currently use the same rules, which makes games unfair when skill levels differ. Workarounds (like self-imposed “no moving”) aren’t enforced and reduce the experience.
Suggested features:
* Per-player movement (Move / No Move / NMPZ)
* Per-player time limits
* Score handicaps (bonus points or multipliers)
* Adjustable duel health per player
* Optional hints for selected players
Why this matters:
* Fairer, more fun games with friends
* Better for new players
* Removes need for manual rules
* Useful for coaching and content creation
Note:
Could be limited to party/private lobbies to protect ranked modes.
This would significantly improve multiplayer for mixed-skill groups.
