Play Again button not working after duel.

After playing a duel, in the game summary, there are buttons appearing. The leftmost is the "Play again" button, which since about least 4 weeks ago stopped working. It DID work before - I used it every time.
Now when pressed, it just shows a waiting spinner and nothing else happens.
(I am using latest Chrome on MacOS - probably does not matter though ...)
