People unable to get on site w/o picking pay option

Seen two different reports on reddit about this in the last day now.
People can not seem to go to previously open parts of the site without picking a pay option.
Since neither of them can use the site, I am sure they can not post here either. SO I am relaying the issue to you all. You can ask them more on Reddit in the threads I supplied.
