Not receiving the "change my password" email

Been trying to change my password for the past month and it seems I've not received the instructions email on either of my multiple attempts. Mentioned it in the feedback channel in the Geo server and someone else said they were experiencing the same issue.
Obviously checked that the emails aren't going to spam. And I keep receiving emails with weekly feedback, responses from support, etc, so I suspect the issue is on Geo's side. Perchance the service is down?

Lennin Thank you, the link worked! :) However the emails weren't in the junk or spam, so I'm still considered for others who might have a similar issue.
