No Invite link with elite annual plan (valid but cancel subscription)

If I have an elite annual subscription and it was cancelled to renew (but the subscription is still active) I would expect that I would have the invitation link instead it is not available.

Once its canceled the payment details are removed as well and therefore the referral link is not active and cannot be used.
