I tried reporting this earlier but it got lumped in with the now fixed black pano bug. THIS IS DIFFERENT.
  • When I experienced it -
That being said, I was playing on live stream 2 days ago, and began the second round of my match only to find a completely blurred pano. I lost ~8 seconds where I couldn't even see anything in proper quality, and then another ~15 seconds additionally where one part of the screen was still unloaded.
  • Why does it happen? -
When looking at a normally zoomed pano in Geoguessr, I find that it typically renders in 6-12 chunks of the image. If any of those chunks fail to load properly, it does not attempt to reload automatically, instead waiting for the user to move the image with their mouse. Because you can't move the pano in NMPZ, providing an option to reload the pano would give users a low-friction way to deal with it while you try and fix is very appreciated.
  • The solution (PLEASE CONSIDER THIS) -
Please add a "refresh pano" button for NMPZ (or all modes if easier), because there are going to be glitches like this that arise every now and then (whether fixable or not). I live on the opposite side of the planet to the Geoguessr servers, so refreshing the entire web-app takes much longer than it would for some people and leaves me at a huge disadvantage.
If you need more evidence, I can find some more, but hopefully this should be enough.
