I clicked in the middle of the Philippines with plenty of time left on the clock, but it didn't register and I got 0 points. The actual location was really in the middle of the Philippines and that guess should have won me the game. Please refund the elo I lost in this match. Really I should be awarded the elo that I should have gained from this victory, but I'll settle for just annulling the match.

We have refunded the elo points for this game.
We have had our team review this and they have confirmed that this issue is related to a game latency when you are placing your plonk/guess.
This may be affected by clock drift as well, so perhaps you can set your clock automatically if you are using windows.
- Switch on "Set time automatically" in windows settings.
- (Right click the clock (bottom right by default) and pick "Adjust date/time". )

Lennin Thank you! About a month ago I synced my PC's clock to the internet time and it did solve most of the performance issues I'd been experiencing.
