Please look at round 2. I clearly placed my marker on the map with over 5 seconds remaining in the timer, but I got 0 points for that round, and it caused me to lose the game. Please refund the elo I lost. Thank you.

Hi,
I have refunded the ELO for these games.
We are working on a better way of reporting technical issues with games directly from the game summary. Which should be out in a couple of weeks.
Also in general we are working on issues with black panoramas, duplicate panoramas loaded etc.

Look at round 2. I put down my marker and repeatedly pressed the spacebar, but nothing happened. Then the round ended and I got 0 points, despite the fact that I had my marker down on the map. No, this has nothing to do with my internet. I checked, it was working fine all through the match. Please refund the elo I lost here as well. Thank you.
