Most times when playing a duel I will press "Submit" guess but the screen does not change.

When I refresh the page it shows the guess was registered but the inverse can happen when I don't realize the opponent guessed and get punished because I don't know when the new map is supposed to load or that they even guessed yet. Firefox, duels, happens in both move and no move. I have turned off all Ad Block.
