Hi, I have just lost my 38-day streak in the daily challenge!

The streak freeze did not work, even though it was showing as available. I have never used a streak freeze before, and it clearly says that you can use a streak freeze once per week. I describe the details below.

I really enjoy playing GeoGuessr and I play it often—it gives me a lot of satisfaction.

I live in Poland, and the daily challenge resets at 2:00 AM local time. I am a night owl, and I was very busy—I was writing a speech for a high school graduation ceremony from 9:00 PM until 2:00 AM. I planned to complete the daily challenge right after finishing the speech. Two minutes past 2:00 AM, I realized that the time had just run out! I was literally about 5 minutes short of completing the daily challenge, and I would have kept my streak. Even though I missed it, the streak freeze did not protect my streak!

My subscription is "GeoGuessr Unlimited Yearly".

It states that the streak freeze is included in my subscription.

I know that other players have streaks of several hundred days in the daily challenge, but my 38-day streak still means a lot to me.

I feel very upset because I put a lot of effort into maintaining this streak for over a month!

It would be great if I could recover my streak. I would like to complete the challenge that I missed.

Please, help me fix this somehow! It really matters to me! I believe you can help me! Kindly, I sincerely ask for your assistance.
