Level border broken

Hi!
I have upgraded version of this bug - I cant change the border.
I choosing border for my level 40 -> click "Save" -> it loads -> Nothing happens - still first border

I've lost all my levels! On my profile there's only one small line instead of multiple bars and stars

you can change it back in the shop but yeah, it's weird everyone's border seems to have got auto reset

Avatar border disappeared

Ian1151 I am level 195 Ultimate Explorer Elite but the border to my avatar has been reset to a much earlier level. This isn't due to anything I have done, I haven't changed my avatar for years. I have looked at the borders available in the edit avatar option but the highest order featured is for level 80. I should be grateful if you would restore the appropriate border. Thankyou.

I'm currently level 116 = Master Explorer Supreme
But my profile border only since recently shows Voyager. When I lookup other player profiles, the level matches with the border.

Hey if you go to border selection when editing avatar you should be able to equip the one you should have just fine.

toxision: Glad you resolved it - however were looking into the issue further as it seems to be occuring for multiple people, so will keep this open for now (your post was merged with others experiencing this problem)

Changed it back for you - You need to go to Edit avatar and then to Borders to select which one you want.

Marcus Thanks. But, why would I have to "select" one? It was already on the current one. "I" didnt change it.
EDIT - I just noticed, my PFP is gone now. When you replaced my border, you overrode my PFP with my avatar. I'm ASSUMING I can fix that on my own by reuploading it...but if it doesnt, this post will have a 2nd end update on it.

Canadagraphs: Right now I am not sure of the cause of it changing, but it is easily fixed by equipping the correct one again. Ive passed it along to the team to investigate further. I have also reported that changing the board seems to remove the profile picture.
