Language going back to location-based

Despite having both the computer and the game language in English, the game tends to set it back to Spanish, which is the langauge that would correspond based on my location (might be detected by IP)?. I want it to be set to a certain language, unless I change it to whatever language I decide.
It tends to go back to the IP-based language after a week or so, I haven't really detected a pattern.

This happens with IP that it can override after a certain amount of time when the session is active. So its not something we can fix on our end Im afraid.
