Lag in duels mode in the browser version

the game lags so badly in the duals mode, unranked and ranked its horrible. The map doesn’t load in the very beginning of each round and then you can’t pan or zoom without the game lagging out badly. Id love to see this issue fixed soon. Greetings

I've been having this too! Thought it was just that my laptop is kind of old, but it doesn't happen in other game modes. Seems to only be duels. Sometimes the map takes so long to fully load I've just had to plonk in a vague general area even when I had a specific city in mind. I have animation turned off and switched to raster map per internet suggestions, but still seeing heavy lag.
