Interesting lag in moving games since the night of 31/03

I am experiencing a very weird jumpy kind of movement in game when playing moving. It is almost like it jumps to the next frame rather than moving smoothly to the next frame as it previously did. This issue does not occur when I use Google Maps or mapmaking.app.
